Data processing
How we process data
Your data is treated securely and is not sold, transferred or shared with third parties, except for technical tools necessary for the operation of the site (hosting, email, forms, security, plugins).
Some data may be managed by external services (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA, maps, YouTube), in accordance with their privacy policies.
Cookies
We use technical cookies and, subject to consent, also statistical and marketing cookies.
For more information see our Cookie Policy.
External content
Embedded content from other sites
The pages may include videos (e.g. from YouTube) or maps (e.g. from Google Maps). These contents behave as if the user were visiting the external site directly, which may collect data, use cookies or trackings of its own.
Identification of guests and access arrangements
For reasons of security and proper management of the stay, Brezza di Sale carries out an identity check on guests before they enter the facility.
Recognition is carried out by comparing the identity document sent during registration with the guest's face upon arrival. If this verification is done via video intercom, the comparison is carried out in real time before authorising entry, in order to ensure that the data received matches the person present.
The automated video intercom system may, in some cases, temporarily retain a recording of the meeting. This recording, if any, is used exclusively for operational and security purposes, is not disseminated or shared with third parties, and is automatically deleted within a limited time, compatible with data minimisation principles.
This procedure allows high standards of transparency, protection and compliance with data protection legislation to be maintained.
