During the self check-in process, we will ask you to upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. The system will automatically compare the ID photo with your selfie to verify that you are the registered guest. For ensure compliance with legal provisions and security of residence, the number of persons staying must be identical to that indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be communicated and approved in advance.

Before entering the flat, you must provide valid documents of all guests. It is essential that all indicated persons have completed this procedure.

Yes, public parking is free and available right under the house and in the immediate vicinity, in the areas marked by white lines.
Although there is no reserved parking space, it is usually easily found. However, in the evening hours, especially at weekends or during events, the proximity of a busy restaurant may temporarily reduce the availability of parking spaces under the house.
In any case, the solution is at hand: it is often possible to find space along Via Piave or a little further along the same street as the flats.

Yes! The flats are both on the 4th floor and can be reached by the communal lift.

Yes, you will find bed linen and towels available. The quantity will be adapted to the number of persons indicated in your booking.

Both flats are private and are rented out entirely as holiday homes.
Each room is completely at the disposal of the group of guests who made the reservation.

The flats are equipped with both air conditioning and fans, allowing each guest to choose the solution that best suits their comfort and enjoy the coolness according to their preferences.

Cleaning is managed by Naty Cleaninga specialised agency that deals with the sanitisation of flats. The amount paid for cleaning is entirely used for this service, guaranteeing a clean and carefully maintained environment. For this reason, cleaning is charged separately from the cost of the stay.

During the stay no intermediate cleaning. If you want an extra cleaning service, or linen change/reintegration, you must request it and pay it separately directly to the company. (If you need them, we will put you in touch with them).

–Yes, for the comfort of first moments, you will find products from basic toilet (such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper). However, depending on the length of your stay, we recommend that you bring the necessary amount of detergent and toiletries with you. Should you need them, you will find several well-stocked shops right on the doorstep, where you can buy everything you need.

Yes! Each flat has two terraces, one of which is equipped with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing in the sun or sipping an aperitif with a sea view.
