For managing bookings via the official Brezza di Sale website, we use the external Kross Booking system.
During the booking process, personal data necessary for the management of the stay are collected, such as identification data, contact details and payment information. This data may also be processed via the provider's technical platform.

Identification of guests and access arrangements
- For reasons of security and proper management of the stay, Brezza di Sale carries out an identity check on guests before they enter the facility.
- Identification is carried out by comparing the identity document provided during registration with the person presenting him/herself on arrival.
- If the verification takes place via video intercom, the check is carried out in real time exclusively to ascertain the correspondence between the document received and the guest present.
Data Retention
Personal data provided through the site's forms are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide feedback on the request or to manage the contractual relationship, as well as to fulfil legal obligations.
Reservation data is stored for the period stipulated by the applicable fiscal and administrative regulations.
