Yes, public parking is free and available directly in front of the building and in the immediate surrounding area, in the spaces marked with white lines.
Although there are no reserved parking spaces, it is usually easy to find one. However, in the evening, especially on weekends or during local events, the nearby popular restaurant may temporarily reduce the availability of parking spaces directly in front of the building.
In any case, finding a space is generally easy: you can often park along Via Piave or a little further down the same street where the apartments are located.

Yes! The flats are both on the 4th floor and can be reached by the communal lift.

Yes, you will find bed linen and towels available. The quantity will be adapted to the number of persons indicated in your booking.

Both apartments are private and are rented exclusively as entire holiday homes.
Every room is reserved exclusively for the group of guests who made the reservation.

Cleaning is carried out by a specialised agency that sanitises the flats. The amount paid for cleaning is used for this service, ensuring a clean and carefully maintained environment. For this reason, cleaning is charged separately from the cost of the stay.

However, depending on the length of your stay, we recommend bringing the amount of toiletries and personal care products you may need. Yes! Each flat has two terraces, one of which is equipped with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing in the sun or sipping an aperitif with a sea view. Thanks to the strategic location, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view not only from the terraces, but also from every window, with an enchanting glimpse of Gallinara Island.

The mattresses are made of memory foam, to ensure maximum comfort during sleep. As for pillows, both memory foam for optimal support and traditional pillows are available, offering a choice to suit different personal preferences.
