To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, we simply ask you to follow a few simple guidelines.
- Respect for peace and quiet (residential building)
The apartments are located in a residential building: we therefore kindly ask you to keep your voice at a moderate level and to avoid loud noise in the common areas (landing, stairs, entrance), especially in the evening and early morning hours.
- Maximum capacity
If you are using both apartments, we kindly ask you not to exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each apartment.
- Separate equipment for Levante and Ponente
We also kindly ask you to keep the equipment separate: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, towels and anything belonging to one apartment should remain inside that apartment, so that everything stays complete and we can prepare it properly for the next guests.
