<strong>pesto genovese<\/strong> autentico, il basilico che ti consiglio di usare \u00e8 il <strong>basilico genovese DOP<\/strong>. delicatamente il basilico e asciugarlo con un panno, togliendo i rami pi\u00f9 duri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pestare nel mortaio l&#8217;aglio con un pizzico di sale fino a ridurlo in crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggiungere i 30 gr dei pinoli e continuare a pestare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unire il basilico poco alla volta, schiacciando con movimenti circolari per sprigionare gli oli
