<strong>pesto genovese<\/strong> authentique, le basilic que je vous recommande d'utiliser est le basilic <strong>basilic g\u00e9nois DOP<\/strong>. Ce basilic est typique de la Ligurie, en particulier des r\u00e9gions de G\u00eanes et d'Albenga, et se distingue par son ar\u00f4me intense et frais et par ses grandes feuilles charnues d'un vert vif. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laver d\u00e9licatement le basilic et le s\u00e9cher \u00e0 l'aide d'un chiffon, en \u00e9liminant les branches les plus coriaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piler l'ail avec une mini-mixeur pour moudre les ingr\u00e9dients, suivez les m\u00eames \u00e9tapes. Pour pr\u00e9server la couleur vive du basilic, je recommande de faire refroidir les lames du mixeur au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et d'ajouter un gla\u00e7on pendant la pr\u00e9paration.
