<strong>pesto genovese<\/strong> aut\u00e9ntica, la albahaca que te recomiendo utilizar es la <strong>albahaca genovese DOP<\/strong>. Esta albahaca es t\u00edpica de Liguria, en particular de las zonas de G\u00e9nova y Albenga, y se distingue por su aroma intenso y fresco y sus hojas grandes, carnosas y de color verde brillante. Para conservar el color vibrante de la albahaca, recomiendo enfriar las cuchillas de la batidora en el frigor\u00edfico y a\u00f1adir un cubito de hielo durante la preparaci\u00f3n.
